The origins of our Health Law Group date back nearly 40 years, to the beginnings of Health Law as a recognized practice area. We are leaders in providing premier legal services to academic and community hospitals, health systems, long-term care facilities, clinical laboratories, institutional pharmacies, physicians and physician organizations. Our growing and evolving practice now includes representation of ancillary service providers, pharmacy and biotechnology companies, health care management and billing companies, and health care trade organizations. Ober|Kaler’s Health Law Group is particularly effective because many of our attorneys bring the perspective gained from working in the federal government, at associations, in hospitals and private practice, and with health care organizations in the public and private sector.
